We are seeking an organised and customer-focused HR Officer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong foundation in human resources, excellent relationship building
skills, and the ability to deliver efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while
fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
Support monthly payroll administration through accurate HR inputs.
Coordinate performance management, probation reviews and employee development
activities.
Administer employee benefits, leave and HR policies while ensuring compliance with
labour legislation.
Coordinate learning, training and employee development initiatives.
Provide responsive HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Prepare HR reports, people analytics and workforce information for management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace
culture.


Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business
Administration or a related field.
Membership of a recognised HR professional body is an added advantage.
2–3 years' experience in Human Resources.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and payroll support.
Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS). HumanResources

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound knowledge of Zimbabwean labour legislation and HR best practices.
Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
